FireMed Memberships

All memberships expire on Oct. 31st of each year. Open enrollment begins July 1st of each year.

Example: Apply/Renew July 1st, 2024 - October 31, 2024, your coverage ends October 31, 2025.

Register at the Office

  • 531 S. Cedar St. Drain, Oregon 97435. 9-5 Mon-Thursday.
  • Pay by cash, check or money order.

Register by Mail

  • Complete the membership application (print it from the FireMed Application Form link)
  • and mail it to: North Douglas Co. Fire & EMS P.O.Box 277 Drain, Or 97435

Register Online

  • Complete the registration form in the sidebar.

  • Pay online with a $3 convenience fee.
