North Douglas County Fire & EMS is a Rural Fire Protection District governed by Oregon Revised Statutes Chapter 478.  The district has a five member board that sets policy, adopts an annual budget and hires a Fire Chief.

Note that we are working on uploading policies at this time.  Only the office maintains the official, up-to-date policy manual for the district.
